Here is the project update
Jack: Hello there, this is Jack, with Angel Home Solution, picking up my check for construction draw right now for a project in Des Moines that we just closed last Friday. So if you are wondering what kind of rehab that we do at Angel Home Solution, we do complete renovation. Everything has to be shiny, brand new countertop, granite, whatnot. New floor, new paint, no carpet. Just complete new. And this property, we estimated about probably 60k to 65k, and this is the partial construction draw that we have for the project. At the end, we’re expecting to make probably about 30,000. So just want to be super transparent.
If you decide to sell your house to an investor, make sure that you work with somebody that you can trust, and somebody that is transparent. Everything that we do is going through a third party, Fidelity National Title, right here. So they are super. And we want to make sure that you are protected, we are protected, and everything is done correctly, legally, and legitimately. There is no scam with working with us.
We like to keep the referral business going, and the only way to do that is to make sure that you are satisfied with our service. You like to work with us, and you like to give us more opportunity. We’d rather make a little money in the short run, but earn the referral and expand our business that way in the long run. Last but not least, if we are not the right fit, we’re not going to advise you to sell us the house. We will try to find a solution that works best for you, put more money in your pocket. The property need really a lot of work, a lot of stuff inside, like the one that we bought in Des Moines, and one more that we buy in Kent next month. Obviously if cash buyer is your options, we are probably the best cost-effective option for you. Granted that you don’t have to do any rehab, and don’t have to move anything. We can sell, and close with cash too. No bank involved.
So that is the thing that we offer, and everything that is in the house, if you don’t need it, you don’t have to move, you don’t have to clean. We’ll take all of that.
