Jack: Hi there. Jack from Angel Home Solution here, here at the school, Kennydale Elementary School, taking Jackson to walk around and changed his environment a little bit.
So he recently had a emergency. He broke his arm, just a little trip, but thankfully, there is no complication. It was just a fracture on his forearm, and dislocation, and whatnot. Doctor have been really diligent and help us out.
So I want to shout out to Seattle Children’s Hospital. They are amazing, the staff, the doctor, the nurse. They are so amazing. They went out of their way to make sure we are comfort, that they are taking care of us, and also make sure Jackson doesn’t have any pain, as well, make sure he is comfortable, and all the procedure have done, and confirm, X-ray have been done, everything have been due diligently completed for us.
We are, I am personally really thankful, from the bottom of my heart, and we believe in helping other, and other would help us. “Give, and ye will receive,” that’s what God say. So I’m a strong believer, and this world is really round, right? What go around will comes around, so they help us, and we love to help people.
The people that we help probably is helping other, as well, so the world is really round. That’s what my belief is, and I asked the staff in the Seattle Children’s Hospital, right, and the Emergency Room, in particular, they’re going out of their way. They go to a further extent, to help people, to help us, to help myself.
So, as a return, I want to say that I want to go to the extra mile to help you guy, anything that I can help with, I will. From the bottom of my heart, genuinely, want to help out, and if we are best fit for you, if we can provide a value, we would love to do business.

You know, it is really huge for me to know that somebody is really there for me, and the first question that Dr. [Seay 00:03:40], when they come to the room is, they are sorry that we are there that night, but they are here to help.
Just like us, too. We are so sorry that you have to go through this kind of thing, that you have to sell your property, obviously, to go through with us. We cannot offer retail value for the property, right?
The business has to make sense for us to buy the property for the investment. But like I promise, I’ll go out of my way to make sure you are taken care of, and we’ll feel sorry that you need to go this route. If you can go with the traditional route … like, rehabbing the property, and then list it, right?
We will recommend that to you, just like people go to to the emergency room. If the situation is not really need an emergency attention, they would send us back home. They’re not going to admit us at all. Diagnostic will be done, to make sure the cure, the medicine is prescribed properly.
So we do the same way. We don’t do malpractice. If you don’t need our service, we’re not going to prescribe that service to you. Just want to make sure, if you need to sell your house fast, if you need to sell the house because there’s a lot of work, and you cannot take care of the rehab, take care of the money for the rehab, and you don’t have time to list the property, and whatnot, whatever reason it is.
If there is a timeline that you need to hit, there is a quick demand, you need money very quickly for medical issue, for family issue, or just straightforward, you inherit a house that you don’t want, extra mortgage that you cannot afford, whatever it is, and for some reason, you need to sell it fast to investor, we are human. That’s what we believe, and we try to provide service.
