You know, he is a great technical IT support. He is the top support for the department. Pretty much whatever computer issue that other people couldn’t solve will end up with him, and he’s really resourceful. But, you know, recently he has an inherited property that he has some issue with that we’ll try to help him out. Some issue with the tenant section eight trashed the property. Probably need a lot of rehab. It is time for another inspection, and there is no way it is possible for him.
He wanted to get an offer. I want to help him in a big way in response to his service to the community, to the kid. So that we have a prosperous community. Kid have the right resource. So how I did it was really simple, very transparent. I show him all the number associated with the property and really told him what option he has. Recommended that he should rehab and list the property and pick up the most for himself from the property, but he has the full-time job and he is not good with rehab. Don’t have any knowledge about that.
He good at computer but not a big savvy on rehab, and he hate working with tenant. A lot of issue calling him every time. Just the stressful life as a tenant, I mean a landlord. So we’ll be able to help him out with all that, and we show him exactly what he will make if he were to take on the property himself and rehab on it. And then we will take over of the property and show him exactly what it is and however much he want us to make, we’ll make it happen. At the end, we’ll try to make it work for everyone. Thank you.
